    Lisa StroederWith almost two decades of experience in client relations and office administration at both paralegal and law firms, Lisa brings forward an impressive skillset in ensuring that our clientele’s experience is both friendly and professional. Virtually every client of OTD Ticket Defenders Legal Services will at one point or another be aided by Lisa. Lisa studied the Paralegal Program at triOS College, where she obtained her diploma with distinction. She currently holds a P1 Licence from the Law Society of Ontario. Whether through her friendly and courteous assistance over the telephone or in person, her experience with the Highway Traffic Act, or assistance with the management of your matter, Lisa is a key member of our overall team in ensuring the professional management of your case.
    MARK GEBRIEL

    COURT AGENT/LICENSED PARALEGAL

    Mark GebrielBorn and raised in Leamington, Mark Gebriel has always been interested in law and government. After graduating from the Law and Security Administration Program at St. Clair College, he returned to enroll in the Paralegal Studies Program. After graduating and being licensed by The Law Society of Ontario as a Paralegal, Mark Gebriel joined Ron Harper’s team as the lead court agent in Windsor, Sarnia, Blenheim and Leamington.

    His educational background of both policing and legal application in the courtroom makes him the ideal candidate to defend the many charges that OTD Legal handles. Mark owns and operates his own firm and continues to be the lead agent for OTD Ticket Defenders Legal Services Professional Corporation.

    From any Highway Traffic Act matter to various CVOR and Commercial Motor Vehicle charges, Mark has become well versed and capable of defending your matter in Court.

    Mark has an advanced knowledge of both French and Arabic.

    AMANDA REED

    COURT AGENT/LICENSED PARALEGAL

    Amanda ReedAmanda graduated with a GPA of 4.0 from Sheridan College’s Paralegal program in 2011 and was her class’s Valedictorian. During her studies, Amanda was awarded the “Passion For Law and Learning Award” in recognition of her academic achievements and dedication.

    Amanda began her paralegal career working as a Court Agent at Ron Harper’s firm. In a few short years, she became the firm’s lead litigation court agent. Amanda then went on to work at a low-income community legal clinic, appearing regularly before tribunals. Amanda is currently a member of Sheridan College’s Paralegal Professional Advisory Council.

    Amanda brings with her significant knowledge, ability, and experience in representing the legal interests of our clientele before the Ontario courts. Her friendly and professional disposition makes her well suited, along with our entire OTD Legal Services team, in helping you understand the legal system and protecting your rights and personal interests at court. She is a strong asset to the firm and is our leading litigation paralegal.

    BRANDON KEOBOUNMA

    LICENSED PARALEGAL

    Brandon KeobounmaBrandon graduated with a B.A. in Honours Legal Studies & Arts and Business at the University of Waterloo. After graduating, Brandon attended Conestoga College’s Paralegal Program. Upon completion, Brandon fulfilled the requirements of the Law Society to become a Licensed Paralegal in 2019.

    Brandon brings forth extensive knowledge of the Provincial Offences Act and Highway Traffic Act. He has represented client matters in various courts throughout Southern Ontario. His ability to understand and relate to client needs is an asset to the team at OTD Legal.

    Martin Manship

    PARALEGAL CANDIDATE/CLIENT SPECIALIST

    Martin ManshipMartin’s experience and maturity afford him a unique perspective on the legal service industry. After a decorated career in the Canadian Military, Martin chose to secure a legal education at both the college and university level.

    Martin has a wealth of knowledge in a variety of legal service areas, including Provincial Offences and Highway Traffic Act matters. He provides a deep insight into how OTD Legal can assist their clients. Martin is a valued member of the OTD Legal Services team, and we are proud to call him a colleague.
