With almost two decades of experience in client relations and office administration at both paralegal and law firms, Lisa brings forward an impressive skillset in ensuring that our clientele’s experience is both friendly and professional. Virtually every client of OTD Ticket Defenders Legal Services will at one point or another be aided by Lisa.

Lisa completed the Paralegal Program at triOS College, where she obtained her diploma with distinction. She currently holds a P1 License from the Law Society of Ontario. Whether through her friendly and courteous assistance over the telephone or in person, her experience with the Highway Traffic Act, or assistance with the management of your matter, Lisa is a key member of our overall team in ensuring the professional management of your case.
