Ron Harper

Ron Harper is the founder and principal licensed paralegal at OTD Ticket Defenders Legal Services Professional Corporation (LSO #P00610), one of Ontario’s larger dedicated traffic ticket defence firms, with offices in Cambridge, Windsor, London, Georgetown, Leamington, and Blind River.

Ron brings more than 40 years of experience in Ontario’s traffic courts, including over 20 years as a Provincial and Municipal Prosecutor before entering private practice. That prosecution background gives him an uncommon vantage point: he understands how the Crown builds Highway Traffic Act cases and where those cases can be challenged.

His practice covers the full range of HTA offences, including speeding, stunt driving, careless driving, distracted driving, CVOR violations, and licence suspensions, with representation at Provincial Offences Act courts across Ontario.

Ron holds a Master’s Degree in Judicial Administration from Brock University and undergraduate credentials in Psychology, Political Science, and Public Administration from the University of Windsor.
