Luke Cowan

Licensed Paralegal

Luke grew up in Mississauga, Ontario. He attended Sir Sanford Fleming College where he obtained a dual diploma from the Paralegal and Law Clerk Programs. Upon completion of his diploma program, Luke obtained his P1 Licence from the Law Society of Ontario.

Luke entered the legal field working as a Legal Assistant at a law firm specializing in motor vehicle collision cases. His knowledge and experience led him to develop an interest in Provincial Offences, specifically traffic ticket matters. Luke subsequently joined the OTD Legal team to focus his newly honed skills on Highway Traffic Act matters.

Luke is a dedicated, hard working, focused individual with exceptional attention to detail. These strong skills and abilities make him an asset to the team and the clients at OTD Legal Services.
