Madelyn Welsh

Licensed Paralegal

Madelyn Welsh was born in Hamilton, Ontario. She attended Sir Sanford Fleming College
where she completed a Dual Diploma Program qualifying her as Paralegal and a Law Clerk.
She graduated with the Indigenous Perspectives Designation for both programs. Madelyn went
on to take and pass her licensing exam and now has a P1 licence from the Law Society of
Ontario. 

Madelyn uses the skills she has acquired to support the OTD Legal team and our clients. She
strives to provide reliable assistance while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Madelyn’s unique perspective and valuable insight make her an asset to the clients at OTD
Legal Services.
