Payton Dias began her career at OTD Legal Services as a placement student during her studies at Fanshawe College, where she graduated from the Paralegal Program. Payton’s demonstration of critical thinking skills and her superior attention to detail during her placement made her an asset to the team, leading to a permanent position at the firm.

Payton holds an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice (Criminology Stream) with Distinction, along with a Minor in Philosophy from Nipissing University. Her eagerness to provide exceptional services to the firm’s clients has given her a reputation as a hard working and dedicated member of the team. Payton’s cheerful and patient demeanor is calming to clients as she assists them through very stressful and challenging situations. Payton is currently preparing to write the Paralegal examination in early 2026 to obtain her P1 licence.
