How to Fight Out of Town Traffic Tickets

by | Aug 8, 2022 | General Blog

Question:

My family and I are from Southern Ontario and we travelled to Alberta for a vacation. While driving through one of the small towns in North Western Ontario, I got a speeding ticket. I was unsure of the speed limits in that area and I got pulled over.  I have no plans of returning to that area any time soon, but I want to fight the ticket.  Is there anything you can do to help me?

Answer:

Travelling to unfamiliar places is quite common when vacationing. The good news is, we can help you fight the ticket even though you don’t live there or have any intention of returning.

Getting a ticket in an unfamiliar area can be overwhelming and frustrating. It can be even more stressful when you live 1000 kms away from where the ticket was issued . Professional Truck Drivers can find it stressful because they cannot guarantee they will be in the right town at the right time to defend themselves in court.

Hiring a Professional Paralegal to fight your ticket will alleviate the majority of the stress associated with fighting a ticket far from your home. You will not have to take time off work, perhaps several days, to make the long drive to an area you had no intention of returning to.  We attend court for you!

And, Truck Drivers don’t need to coordinate their travel schedules to accommodate court appearances… We will be there for you!
